Shipping
Shipping in Canada
Flat rate of $10 CAD for all orders under $100 CAD. Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD. Once processed, we’ll send an email with tracking information. Please allow 3–9 business days for shipping.
Shipping Outside Canada
*All US and international shipping is currently paused due to tariffs. Check back for updates.*
Flat rate of $20 CAD on all orders. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–9 business days via Canada Post.
Local Pick-Up
Free local pick-up is available. Select this option at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Please bring proof of purchase and check store hours before arrival.
*Some exclusions apply for rugs when inventory is not on hand. Pick-up may take up to 5 weeks.*
Rugs and Furniture
Most items ship directly from U.S. warehouses. Please allow 5–6 weeks for delivery. Customs fees are included.
Returns + Exchanges
All purchases from The Valley Living have a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date received. Items must be in original condition with packaging and receipt.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Please contact hello@thevalleyliving.ca with your order number in the subject line. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
Please allow 7–10 days for processing once received.
