Shipping
Local Pick-up
All orders are available for free local pick-up. Select the local pick-up option on the checkout page. Once processed we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order is ready. Please refer to store hours on the contact page to confirm hours of operation, and bring proof of purchase for pick-up.
Shipping in Canada
Flare rate of $10 CAD for all orders under $100 CAD, free shipping on orders over $100 CAD. Orders are processed Tuesday – Sunday, 11am – 4pm PST. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packaged. Once processed we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped and provide tracking information. Please allow 3-9 business days for shipping. We ship Canada Post.
Shipping Outside Canada
Flat Rate of $20 on all orders. Any duties or charges are the responsibility of the customer. Orders are processed Tuesday – Sunday, 11am – 4pm PST. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packaged. Once processed we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped and provide tracking information. Please allow 3-9 business days for shipping. We ship Canada Post. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All purchases from The Valley Living have a 15 day return or exchange policy from the day they are received. For in-store returns simply bring in the item, unused with tags still attached. A receipt must be provided. For online returns please contact us at Hello@thevalleyliving.ca. Please be sure to include your name, order number, and the reason you are seeking a return of your product(s) – including any applicable photographs showing the damage or incorrect product.
Please allow 5-7 business days for any refund to post back to your account.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
