Currently we ship to Canada and the US. We are working on international shipping, so stay tuned.

Canada:

Flare rate of $10 CAD for all orders under $100 CAD, free shipping on orders over $100 CAD.

USA:

Flat Rate of $20 on all orders. Any duties or charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packaged. Once processed we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped and provide tracking information. Please allow 3-9 business days for shipping. We ship Canada Post. 

We ship Canada Post. Once your order has been processed we will send an email with your tracking number. All orders can be tracked on the Canada Post website.

All purchases from The Valley Living have a 15 day return or exchange policy from the day they are received. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with your receipt, including all packaging. 

All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Most rugs are not held in our warehouse. They ship from the brands warehouse in the US, directly to your door. Please allow up to 5-6 weeks for shipping. All Customs fees are included, so you should not incur any additional fees or duties.
